Our process involves diagnostics, piloting, scaling, and continuous operation, all managed by a dedicated senior team with AI integration. Trust and governance are embedded throughout.
The team is the unit of delivery
A senior, T-shaped team built around three roles: a product manager who connects business intent to delivered product, a solution architect who connects the current platform to the next one, and a delivery manager who connects commitments to actuals. Two-week sprints, a demo every sprint, a monthly steering committee, and a quarterly review tied to funded outcomes.

A shared-ownership model that takes an idea to a validated product, and a validated product to production, without the seams of a typical vendor handover. Co-Create frames the problem and produces a defined MVP scope and an investment case. Co-Execute builds the MVP in short iterations and validates product-market fit with real users. Co-Run scales the validated product in live operation under SLA, with agents in the run loop and shared ownership.
Digital Engineering Factories
Engineering capacity that scales without changing the team: core teams for continuity, flex teams for scale, and AI agents in the loop to compress every stage. Onsite squads embedded with your team for governance and rapid decisioning; nearshore centers time-zone aligned for iteration velocity; and an offshore agentic engineering factory, anchored in Vietnam, for bulk build, test, and documentation at scale.

How the firm is governed
Infinite PL operates under the registered legal name SPL Digital Services, a Saudi limited liability company majority-owned by Saudi Post | SPL with private-sector shareholding, overseen by a joint board. Established in 2022, HQ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations in the UK, UAE, and Vietnam. Audited at the standard of an SPL Group entity, delivering at the speed of a private-sector firm.

The data that flows through our platforms is the institution's, not ours: documented purpose, documented retention, dataset segregation, consent ledgers, and alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Responsible AI
Human-in-the-loop is the default for any decision with material consequence: clinical priority, customs clearance, citizen-facing communication, financial reconciliation.
We document model purpose and evaluation criteria, and design for graceful degradation when the model is unsure.
The institution does not have to trust us; it can verify.
Certified to international management-system standards
Certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management: how work is scoped, delivered, measured, and corrected), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management: how environmental impact is managed and reduced), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety: how the people doing the work are protected), ISO 27001:2022 (information security management: how information is classified, protected, monitored, and recovered), and ISO 22301:2019 (business continuity management: how critical services keep running and are restored when disruption hits). The certification is held by SPL Digital Services Company (Infinite PL) and covers the full service portfolio: design, development, management, and operation of digital logistics platforms, digital transformation services, consulting, innovation, product management, platform operations, and related support functions. Certified since August 2026, with ISO 22301:2019 added in September 2026, subject to regular surveillance audits.
