Sa'ed has led Infinite PL as CEO since its founding. He owns the firm's strategy, its commercial relationships with the Kingdom's institutions, and the operating discipline that aligns more than 250 people across multiple countries behind a single delivery model. Over twenty years across technology and the public sector.
Saad leads Infinite PL in the Kingdom and runs the firm's digital products portfolio. Co-founding team. Previously eleven years at Microsoft as Director Azure Cloud and Data & AI for the MEA region; founder and CEO of ExpressPay (fintech, acquired).
Alex runs the firm's operations. He built Infinite PL from ten to more than 250 people across multiple countries, and owns the operating model that lets the firm deliver at private-sector speed under public-sector discipline.

How the firm is governed
Infinite PL operates under the registered legal name SPL Digital Services, a Saudi limited liability company majority-owned by Saudi Post | SPL with private-sector shareholding, overseen by a joint board. Established in 2022, HQ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations in the UK, UAE, and Vietnam. Audited at the standard of an SPL Group entity, delivering at the speed of a private-sector firm.

Trust and governance
Every platform assumes an institutional threat model from the first sprint: identity at the boundary, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging on every consequential action, and segregation between environments.

The data that flows through our platforms is the institution's, not ours: documented purpose, documented retention, dataset segregation, consent ledgers, and alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Responsible AI
Human-in-the-loop is the default for any decision with material consequence: clinical priority, customs clearance, citizen-facing communication, financial reconciliation. We document model purpose and evaluation criteria, and design for graceful degradation when the model is unsure.

Certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management: how work is scoped, delivered, measured, and corrected), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management: how environmental impact is managed and reduced), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety: how the people doing the work are protected), ISO 27001:2022 (information security management: how information is classified, protected, monitored, and recovered), and ISO 22301:2019 (business continuity management: how critical services keep running and are restored when disruption hits). The certification is held by SPL Digital Services Company (Infinite PL) and covers the full service portfolio: design, development, management, and operation of digital logistics platforms, digital transformation services, consulting, innovation, product management, platform operations, and related support functions. Certified since August 2026, with ISO 22301:2019 added in September 2026, subject to regular surveillance audits.

We do not measure ourselves on slides shipped or hours billed. We measure ourselves on whether the partner institution is in a better operating position at the end of the engagement than at the start.

We build with AI, ship with AI, and operate with AI. Because it makes our teams better, faster, smaller, and higher-quality, not because it is fashionable.
